Serif Photo Plus is a photo retouch program that imitates some of the functions and tools found in Adobe Photoshop.

You can also use Serif Photo Plus to create small web animations. One of the program's weak points is the poor quality of its text editor, worse than Adobe's. The image formats that it supports are: JPG, TIFF, and BMP.
